Tour 1007 new, Moscow – Irkutsk - Ulan Bator - Beijing, 12 days/11 nights

In the evening departure from Moscow to Irkutsk by train at 21.25.

Day 2 - 4 (Friday - Sunday)

On the train.

Day 5 (Monday)
|
|
In the early morning arrival in Irkutsk.
Transfer to Listvyanka village, breakfast.
Baikal excursion with visit to Limnological museum, rise to Chersky Peak by chair lift, lunch, one hour Baikal boat or Khivus trip.
Transfer back to Irkutsk.
Departure to Ulan Bator by train at 21.50.

Day 7 (Wednesday)
|
|
In the morning arrival in Ulan Bator.
Meeting at the train station.
After breakfast drive to Terelj National Park and arrive at Turtle Rock.
Then visit Ariyapala monastery.
After exploring the area surrounding this unique-shaped rock and taking photographs of this stunning landscape, visit a local nomad’s family, where you will witness the genuine culture of Mongolian nomads and enjoy their hospitality.
Arrive at the ger camp to have lunch.
In the afternoon you can enjoy hiking around the area or having a short horse riding excursion.
Leave the national park and arrive in Ulan Bator.
Accommodation at hotel Edelweiss.

Day 8 (Thursday)

After early breakfast transfer to train station.
Departure to Beijing by train at 07.15.
|

Day 9 (Friday)
|
|
Arrival at 14.04 in Beijing.
Transfer to hotel Harmony.
Free time.

Day 10 (Saturday)
|
|
After breakfast private whole day city tour.
Pick up from hotel.
Whole day visit Great Wall, Ming Tomb.
Lunch included. Transfer back to hotel.

Day 11 (Sunday)
|
|
After breakfast private whole day city tour.
Pick up from hotel.
Visit Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace.
Lunch included.
Transfer back to hotel.

Day 12 (Monday)
|
|
Breakfast, check-out, transfer to the airport.
End of the program.
